• Leadership of the store staff and creation of the duty rosters
• Responsibility for the budget and the key figures of the point of sale
• Support in the recruitment of new employees and apprentices
• Friendly and courteous advice for our customers
• Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
• Ensuring a concept-compliant and attractive presentation of goods
• Supervision, training, and development of apprentices and employees
• Responsibility for the professional management of the integrated Post agency
• Completion of various administrative activities

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training in retail with EFZ or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
• Joy in active customer contact
• Very good German skills
• High readiness for flexible working hours
• Independent and reliable way of working
• High social and professional competence
• Vocational trainer certificate is an advantage
