YOUR TASKS • Ensuring smooth administrative processes in the radiology department of Hirslanden Klinik Aarau • Reception, admission, and registration of our patients • Reception, admission, and registration of participants in the Clario mammography screening program on Saturdays • Coordination of appointments as well as management of electronic patient files • Preparation of documents and organization of document exchange with medical practices and internal wards (electronic) • Management of the telephone switchboard with all arising tasks • Responsibility for electronic data archiving <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or further training as a Medical Secretary • Returners to the workforce, especially radiology specialists (RFP) with an interest in administrative tasks, are also very welcome • At least 2--3 years of professional experience in a practice or a hospital, experience in the field of radiology is desirable • Willingness for shifts from Monday to Saturday between 06.45 and 18.30; Saturday is a fixed working day, further shifts occur as needed according to the duty schedule • Interest and enjoyment in working with various IT systems (e.g., Nexus, Synedra, H-Net, Outlook) • Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Nexus is desirable, but not a requirement • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor • High flexibility, reliability, and discretion <br /> We offer you a varied workplace in the heart of Aarau and a family-like environment with manageable structures.
