Laboratory Technician 100% The Abwasserverband Glarnerland (AVG) ensures the settlement drainage of the Canton of Glarus and the St. Galler municipalities of Amden, Quarten, Schänis and Weesen. As an independent, quasi-state company, the Abwasserverband operates one of the leading wastewater treatment plants in Switzerland with the ARA Glarnerland. The ARA Glarnerland is designed for 105’000 population values and treats around 7.5 Mio. m3 of wastewater per year, which is collected and transported via its own sewage network of 75 km as well as through 54 own and managed special structures. To control and optimize the processes used at the ARA as well as to ensure quality and compliance with legal regulations and standards, we are looking for a laboratory technician.
