In this versatile role, you are the central point of contact for various consumer inquiries from around the world. In collaboration with specialized internal departments, you ensure professional processing of inquiries as well as complaints. You thus make an important contribution to the quality of our products and the continuous improvement of our processes. Your mission: • Autonomous and competent processing of international consumer inquiries regarding our products by applying defined quality standards, response templates, and text blocks • Coordination of consumer complaints in close collaboration with Quality Management as well as with other internal departments until a successful response is achieved • Support for international distribution companies for all questions relating to consumer service • Participation in the optimization of processes, documentation, and CRM reports within the Global Consumer Service • Active participation in cross-functional projects and interdisciplinary teams • Coaching and support of our 3rd year KV apprentices in collaboration with the practical trainer in Product Management Your ingredients for common success. • Professional experience in consumer service - ideally in the FMCG/marketing sector • Structured, proactive, and autonomous working method • Experience in cross-functional project management • Completed vocational training with higher education or a university degree • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; French is an asset What you can expect.
