What you will achieve with us ## The focus of your work is the optimal support of our customers in the event of a claim - from reporting to completion. Your technical expertise and service orientation are skillfully used to accompany the entire process, giving our customers a sense of security in claim processing. You are in close contact with your team and, in the event of a claim, with all parties involved. In more complex cases, you visit the damage on site at our customers. What you bring with you ## •    Completed training in the insurance industry, insurance specialist certificate an advantage •    Several years of professional experience in claim processing •    Enjoy contact and accompanying customers in the event of a claim •    Customer-oriented and independent way of working •    Responsible, resilient and open personality •    Teamwork •    Willingness to carry out damage inspections in the Basel region independently What we offer ## We offer you a varied, challenging and responsible job in a motivated environment and a modern workplace in a central location in the city of Basel.
