Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Analyze and validate new IT solutions from the perspective of their feasibility, complexity, and impact on standards, directives, and existing or future systems, as well as from the perspective of their contribution to IT strategy and architecture • Provide advice related to the network infrastructure of the main division Defence Platform, and more specifically concerning the Swiss command network (Réseau de conduite suisse) • Develop integration and migration projects • Collaborate in the development of system architecture, specify suitable methods, techniques, standards, and tools for the implementation and operation of systems, and participate in the development of general projects (solution architectures, studies, etc.) • Examine newly introduced or modified requirements from the perspective of their feasibility, complexity, and impact on standards, directives, and existing or future systems (requirements engineering) <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a university or a university of applied sciences in the field of computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field • Ideally, several years of experience in a similar role related to an agile environment or based on DevOps principles, "Expert" level certifications in the field of security, IT architecture, modeling, business process re-engineering, project management, or service design • Ability to bridge the gap between the business world and technology; high analytical capacity and orientation towards end-to-end solutions; specific knowledge in the field of networks at all levels (routing, switching, firewalls, application layer gateways [ALG], forward proxy) • Very good knowledge in different technological areas, such as modular network components (solution models, building blocks) and automation • Active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of the third and, ideally, good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words What if you contributed to protecting our core values by consolidating Switzerland's network?
