Warm, active and resilient support sought for our family

For our well-kept private household in Rotkreuz (ZG), we are looking for two warm, reliable and responsible persons for a long-term cooperation, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Two teenagers live in our family – our daughter (born 2011) and our son (born 2012). Both attend a specialized school and have an invisible impairment. We are looking for empathetic women who enjoy the personal accompaniment of teenagers and at the same time support our family in the household.

Your tasks

• 1:1 accompaniment of a teenager in everyday life, at home as well as during leisure activities.
• Promotion of independence, security and well-being.
• Light to medium household activities

Your profile

• Warm, patient, reliable and responsible
• Physically and mentally resilient, balanced and active, with the necessary energy, endurance and inner stability for reliable accompaniment in everyday life.
• German and/or English skills

We offer

• Very attractive, above-average compensation
• 20–40% workload | 2 separate positions
• Flexible working hours in the morning and/or afternoon, by mutual agreement.
