Your mission As a Socioprofessional Instructor, you support and supervise people in reintegration processes within the workshop. You transmit your expertise, promote the development of professional skills, and ensure the provision of a structuring and caring work environment. Your main responsibilities: • Supervise and support participants in their daily activities. • Transmit professional gestures and best practices. • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality support. Your profile: • Training as a Socioprofessional Instructor or equivalent experience. • Applications from people trained in the field are also welcome. • Experience in a manual or technical trade (automotive mechanics, tinsmithing, locksmithing, bodywork, maintenance, metal construction, or a similar field).
