Your tasks

• Acquiring new customers, clarifying needs, and compiling costs
• Developing and implementing space concepts for the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail construction, and private residences
• Supporting and advising customers as well as conducting on-site discussions
• Being responsible for the timely implementation of orders
• Developing overall space concepts including floor plan, color, material, and lighting concepts
• Coordinating project processes with suppliers, specialist planners, and authorities
• Conducting project and construction management as well as coordinating the construction site
• Ordering and organizing required materials, furniture, and special products
• Participating in trade fairs to represent the company
• Ensuring quality while adhering to standards in every project

Your profile

• Interior architecture / Architect with corresponding professional experience in consulting, sales, and planning of gastronomy, retail construction, and hotel projects
• Confident handling of CAD & design programs
• Strong communicative, team-oriented, and creative personality with enjoyment in customer contact
• Innovative and independent way of working with organizational talent as well as an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• German: Stylistically proficient / Any additional language is an advantage
