As part of our IT team in Bern, you will take on a key role between the locations and the central DACH IT. You understand the requirements of the business, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation together with the specialist departments and IT. Support in complying with IT security and compliance requirements as well as active participation in the further development of the IT landscape Function as a central interface between the specialist departments and the DACH IT, consulting on IT-relevant topics as well as supporting digitalization initiatives Your profile Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, Informatik EFZ, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in IT support, in IT infrastructure, or in the management or implementation of IT infrastructure projects Sound knowledge in classic and modern infrastructure topics, particularly Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, networks, servers, virtualization, Azure-/cloud technologies, and IT security Team player with strong communication and organizational skills Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a pronounced hands-on mentality High level of initiative and independent implementation of projects Very good German and English skills in spoken and written language; Swiss German skills are an advantage Would you like to actively shape the future of the IT department?
