For our team at the Bassersdorf location, we are looking for an Operational Planning & Controlling Assistent 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. What you will do: Support the Account Manager Customer Service & Sales in implementing customer-specific data into the ERP system CatIT Construction of all loading plans, services as well as the creation of all associated products including items/recipes Adjustments of the loadings based on customer specifications Review and ensuring consistent data sets in CatIT (uniform structure for customers, verification of data sets with customer data and extracts from CatIT and customer-specific systems such as Airvision, Limeflight etc.) Advising customers on airline-specific questions regarding loadings Creation and support for Customer Tender/presentation Analysis and continuous improvement of the procurement- and material-related processes by reviewing the products used for the airlines Preparation of all relevant data and communication with all relevant internal and external interfaces (BEG, Operations, Sales, Production) How you will succeed: Flair for numbers and precise working Strong analytical skills Structured way of working Very good MS-Office knowledge and Cat-IT knowledge is an advantage Flexibility Resilience Team- and customer-orientedness Experience in airline catering and Cat-IT is an advantage Very good German skills Very good English skills How we convince you: Exciting and varied tasks in a multicultural and lively environment Cost-effective parking options (CHF 20.00/month) Discounted warm meals in our staff restaurant (CHF 4.50 per lunch) Good advancement opportunities within the gategroup and support for your professional and personal development Do you feel addressed by this description?
