What you will do with us
As Executive Housekeeper, you are the driving force behind the flawless appearance of our house. You report directly to the Rooms Division Manager and lead an international team of approx. 24 people.
Quality guarantee at 5-star level: You ensure impeccable cleanliness and living quality in all rooms and Public Areas – always in accordance with the demanding standards of Swiss Deluxe Hotels, Forbes, and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA). Additionally, you are responsible for our staff houses.
Inspiring leadership: You are a coach and role model for your team. You take over duty scheduling, conduct training (equipment & care), accompany qualification talks, and are actively involved in the recruitment process of new talents.
Efficient management & logistics: You manage inventory levels, control the purchase of hotel linen as well as uniforms, and coordinate the smooth laundry workflow in close cooperation with our sister hotel Kulm.
Interface professional: You are in daily exchange with the management, technical department, floristry, and reception to guarantee a smooth process in housekeeping.
Who you are
Your foundation: Completed vocational training in the hotel industry (HOFA) or a professional qualification in housekeeping management, ideally supplemented by specific further training.
Your experience: Several years of leadership experience in housekeeping, preferably in 5-star hotels. The position is suitable for both experienced managers and committed junior executives who want to take the next career step.
Your language competence: Must-Have:
Fluent German or English. Advantageous: Italian or Portuguese skills.
Your personality: A sharp eye for detail, pronounced business thinking, organizational talent, and absolute discretion characterize you.
