Construction Project Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company from the construction industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Construction Project Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d). You will accompany versatile structural engineering projects from preparation to completion and ensure a well-organized construction process. In doing so, you will take responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines, and cooperation on the construction site.

Tasks

• Review of planning documents as well as coordination with project management and the specialist departments involved
• Preparation of tenders and awards including negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Organization of construction site processes as well as coordination of the various trades on site
• Control of execution, costs, deadlines, safety, and complete project documentation
• Checking of interim and final invoices as well as accompanying acceptances and warranty work

Profile

• Completed training in structural engineering with corresponding further training or a degree in civil engineering
• Several years of experience in construction management
• Good knowledge in tendering, contract management, construction administration, and project control
• Confident handling of digital work tools and industry-standard construction software
• Independent, efficient, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, social, and leadership skills
