Your tasks Receiving customer inquiries and customer orders including "First-Level-Product Consulting" Recording customer orders in SAP Clarifying and organizing construction site logistics Organizing and coordinating transports Recording and processing complaints, returns and credit notes Your profile You have a commercial basic training Ideally, you can demonstrate several years of experience in a similar function and/or know the building materials industry You have a basic interest in building materials and are willing to acquire in-depth specialist knowledge You mandatory have good German skills in speaking and writing.
