We are looking for a Radiation Oncology Technician at 100% Key information about the position: Reference: CLS/RH/2026.764 / Contract type: Indefinite Duration Contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Friday according to two schedules: 7:15 AM-4:15 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini") Why do we need you? Following the departure of one of our technicians, we are looking for a radiation oncology technician to complete our team. Every day, you will put your technical and interpersonal skills at the service of human and secure care. What will you be required to do? • Welcome and inform patients as well as their relatives, guiding them with empathy throughout their treatment. • Install and position patients taking into account their comfort, physical and psychological state. • Perform radiotherapy sessions in compliance with medical protocols, ensuring safety, radiation protection, and quality of care at every moment, autonomously or in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. • Optimally use the service's devices and ensure the quality of imaging expected by radiation oncologists. • Implement necessary immobilization devices and rigorously apply the planned dosimetry, while knowing how to adapt protocols according to medical recommendations. • Ensure the relay of medical instructions, particularly for patients requiring special monitoring during or after sessions. • Participate in the organization of the service's activities and contribute to the integration and training of new colleagues and students.
