Internal Service Employee Evening Parcel Delivery

Do you keep an overview even when many processes are running simultaneously? In this varied role, you ensure that shipments, transports, and deliveries work together smoothly in the evening delivery. With you, our processes run efficiently, reliably, and with high quality.   What you can achieve • At the business customer counter, you accept shipments, triage letter and parcel shipments, and ensure their correct and timely further processing. • According to the transport schedule, you coordinate the trucks at the ramps and contribute to a smooth operational process in the hall. • You carry out the preparation, sorting, and loading of Migros-Online shipments efficiently and with a focus on quality together with the couriers. • As a central contact person for couriers, Migros Online, and dispatch, you process inquiries, perform address lookups, and ensure hall order as well as the provision of empty containers. • Your assignments take place from Monday to Friday predominantly between 14.00 and 21.00. The end of service can vary depending on shipment volume and transport volume.   What you bring with you • You have completed basic training, preferably in the logistics, transport, or service industry. • Thanks to your independent, reliable, and structured way of working, you keep an overview even in hectic situations. • Daily contact with different stakeholders gives you joy and you communicate clearly as well as solution-oriented. • You like to roll up your sleeves, are physically resilient, possess a driving license of category B, and support your team colleagues on delivery routes if necessary. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common IT and Office programs round off your profile.
