The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the CAT mémoire. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS d'Aubonne welcomes you to a warm and dynamic setting. Located near the town center, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafés. Approximately 70 employees work there.* We are looking for our Psychogeriatrics service at Les Clos d'Aubonne, starting from 1 June or by agreement, a: Health Care Assistant (M/F) at 80-100% WE OFFER YOU • 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. YOU POSSESS • A health care assistant or nursing assistant diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. • The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and Accompagnateur en psychiatrie de l'âge avancé (FAP), an asset. • Successful experience in geriatrics or geriatric psychiatry, an asset. • Knowledge of the health system and EMS in Switzerland, an asset. • Gentleness, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills with elderly people. • A team spirit and solidarity allowing the maintenance of good interdisciplinary collaboration. • Dynamism, commitment, and a good capacity for adaptation. YOUR OBJECTIVES • Accompany residents in activities of daily living. • Ensure physical care and comfort of residents. • Participate in the adaptation and maintenance of their environment with their collaboration. • Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for our residents.
