For our good customer, a leading production company in its industry, we are currently looking for a technically proficient and committed personality as CNC Engineer / Polymechaniker EFZ ( m/w/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Luzern Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 16.07.2026 Your activities • Programming: You create, optimize, and adapt CNC programs for complex workpieces (ideally via CAM system). • Setup: You independently set up modern CNC machining centers (turning and milling) and prepare them for production. • Manufacturing: You monitor the manufacturing process of individual parts, prototypes, or small series. • Quality: You continuously carry out first-piece and in-process controls with precise measuring instruments to ensure the highest quality standards. • Optimization: You further develop manufacturing strategies and optimize existing tool and cutting data.   Your profile • Education: Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ (focus on manufacturing technology an advantage). • Experience: Sound experience in CNC manufacturing (turning and/or milling). • Software: Ideally, you bring experience with CAM software. • Controls: Sound knowledge of common CNC controls (e.g., Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens). • Working method: You work extremely precisely, quality-consciously, independently, and bring a high degree of personal responsibility.   What you may expect • Infrastructure: A state-of-the-art machine park with the latest CNC centers and CAD/CAM workstations. • Projects: Exciting, varied components and demanding geometries. • Development: Targeted further training opportunities in the field of CNC and CAM technology. • Climate: A motivated team of specialists and an open, collegial company culture. • Conditions: Attractive, market-oriented remuneration as well as modern employment conditions and social benefits.   Are you interested?
