To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person in the Central area at Zurich Airport (Kloten) - ZRH. Your tasks ### In the role as a Lounge Employee*, you are responsible for our passengers in the marhaba Lounge; you warmly welcome guests in the lounge and take care of them during their stay with us. You also undertake administrative activities such as registration at the reception, take calls and are also responsible for the presentation of the F&B offering. This includes setting up and breaking down the self-service buffet as well as various cleaning tasks in compliance with HACCP guidelines. Your profile ### \- You are a warm host personality with a well-groomed appearance. \- You have good basic IT knowledge for the registration of guests at the reception. You are solution-oriented, communicative, patient and resilient. \- It is an advantage if you already have experience in gastronomy. \- You have high quality standards in the handling and presentation of food. \- You communicate confidently in English as well as German (any additional language is an advantage). \- You are willing to work irregular shifts between 04:30 - 21:30 including on weekends. \- You are flexibly deployable, whereby you can independently enter your availability and working hours with the help of our planning tool as well as help determine them.
