Monnier SA specializes in high-end finishing of watchmaking components: electroplating, watchmaking decoration, mechanical and laser engraving. Plating Operator (F/M/X) 100%

Place of work: 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds

Your responsibilities

• Hanging the parts to be treated on racks and moving them through.
• Ensuring the passage of parts through baths according to the operating ranges.
• Ensuring the regular maintenance of installations (cleaning, checking safety elements, preparation of baths).
• Maintaining the racks (mounting/dismounting of hooks).
• Strictly respecting safety instructions (chemical products).

Your profile

• AFP as an assistant in surface treatment is an asset
• First experience in electroplating, surface treatment or industrial production (watchmaking, microtechnology) desired.
• Manual dexterity and precision in handling small parts.
• Strict respect for safety instructions and work directives
• Reliability, rigor and punctuality.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn.
