Maintenance Cleaning 10%-20%

Main tasks Regular cleaning of office, school, commercial and residential rooms. Cleaning of floors by vacuuming, mopping and wet cleaning. Cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities. Emptying of waste containers as well as proper disposal of waste. Cleaning of kitchens, break rooms and community areas. Cleaning of doors, windows, glass surfaces and other surfaces. Refilling of consumables such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Professional application and dosing of cleaning and disinfection agents. Maintenance and inspection of used cleaning equipment and working materials. Compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental regulations. Reporting of damage, defects or special occurrences to the responsible management. Requirements Experience in maintenance cleaning is an advantage. Reliable, careful and independent working method. High quality and hygiene awareness. Physical stress resistance and endurance. Friendly and well-groomed appearance. Good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage. Technical competencies Knowledge of handling cleaning machines and cleaning equipment. Safe handling of various cleaning and disinfection agents.
