What awaits you

• You answer customer inquiries regarding claims cases mostly by telephone, but also through other contact channels such as email, customer portals, etc.

Through competent and solution-oriented advice in claims cases, you ensure satisfied customers.

You ensure cooperation with the specialist departments.

As a clerk, you are responsible for the electronically incoming mail in claims management and triage it.

You perform diverse administrative activities to support claims management.

What we expect

• You have a commercial basic education, training in the field of customer dialogue, or a comparable training.

You bring sound experience and joy in advising customers.

Customer-oriented action as well as independent, flexible, and networked thinking is a matter of course for you.

You are IT-savvy and can work with different IT systems.

You master German at a native speaker level and bring good knowledge of a second national language.
