Team Leader Cleaning Work location Central Switzerland Workload 100% What awaits you • Supervision and support of the cleaning team in daily operational business • Organization and coordination of daily cleaning work as well as personnel assignments • Collection and coordination of laundry • Ensuring the agreed cleaning quality as well as compliance with quality standards • Control of the performed work • Support during the induction and training of new employees • Support during special cleanings • Support of the object manager • Taking over the relief function in the event of personnel shortages as well as for holiday and absence cover What you bring with you • Completed training or apprenticeship in building cleaning is an advantage • Initial experience in a leadership or coordination function is an advantage • Good knowledge of building cleaning as well as handling cleaning agents and machines • Good German skills, at least at level A2/B1 • Good PC user skills are an advantage • Driver's license category B required Ready for us?
