Our coordination team is the first point of contact and the central hub between nursing, medical staff, bed management and administration. They control the admission process, coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers including bed management and keep an eye on patient flows via the Dispoboard. YOUR TASKS • You lead, develop and strengthen the Coordination team from recruitment to employee interviews to duty and vacation planning • You optimize processes in the emergency department and ensure clear, efficient processes • You work actively in the coordination service • You maintain regular exchange with the Emergency Management <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have a degree in the healthcare sector (e.g. nursing, MPA, emergency services or similar) with experience in the emergency/acute area • You already have leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership position • You prioritize safely, make structured decisions and remain calm even under pressure • You communicate in a binding manner and work in a solution-oriented way • You enjoy a two-shift operation from Monday to Sunday <br /> OUR OFFER • Key position with influence and combination of operational activity and leadership • A great, open, committed emergency team is looking forward to you • You have the opportunity of up to 7 weeks of vacation per year • For just CHF 5.- per day, you are provided with a meal in our varied staff restaurant, with coffee, tea, mineral water and seasonal fruits • That sounds good?
