As part of our new internal organization, we are creating a new position of Head of General Services 80-100% (m/f/d) You coordinate the infrastructure, technical services, and general services of the institution. Across all sites, you contribute to guaranteeing a secure, functional environment adapted to the needs of beneficiaries and employees, in compliance with current standards and requirements. Your main responsibilities * Infrastructure: manage the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, installations, equipment, and furniture, ensure the follow-up of service providers and contracts and participate in investment, renovation, and layout projects * Security: ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, hygiene, and environmental standards, ensure the follow-up of prevention measures and periodic controls as well as the alarm system * Security devices: ensure the update of emergency and evacuation plans, organize exercises and awareness actions and ensure the proper functioning of security and communication systems * General services: management, support, and substitution for concierge, infrastructure, and transport. Supervision of kitchen and laundry activities. Prioritization of interventions * Technical and logistical services: ensure the operational follow-up of telephony, IT systems and alarms and the vehicle fleet in connection with the relevant service providers.
