Pflegefachperson HF Abklärung & Beratung 60% or up to 90 % in combination with role Wundexpert:in Your job with us You professionally clarify the care needs of our clients, control the care process and ensure that they receive the appropriate support. You are not just part of the care process, you shape it. You are responsible for • Initial assessments and reassessments with RAI HC • Assessing complex care situations • Creating and further developing care plans • First deployments and replacements in the team • Collaboration with doctors, insurers and internal specialists • Advising clients, relatives and specialists Do you want more? Are you interested in wound management? Then you can increase your workload to up to 90%. We will gladly support your further training as a Wundexpert:in.
