Construction Site Manager

To complete our team, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager, available immediately or by arrangement, capable of organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth running of our outdoor development projects.

?? Your responsibilities

• Organization, planning, and monitoring of construction sites
• Coordination of teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and work quality
• Participation in site meetings
• Relationship with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Requests for prices and comparison of offers
• Ordering of materials and organization of deliveries
• Preparation of measurements, addenda, and statements of account
• Management of priorities and unforeseen events

?? Your profile

• CFC as a landscaper, mason, building or civil engineering draughtsman, or equivalent training
• Experience in the management and monitoring of construction sites
• Good technical knowledge in the field of construction or outdoor developments
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Ease in relations with clients and various stakeholders
• Proficiency in standard IT tools; knowledge of Baubit software is an asset
• Leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, reliability, and team spirit
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is appreciated
• Driver's license required
