What you bring • For this position, you have completed training as a customer relations agent or an equivalent course, and you have a particular interest in the areas of mobility and transport. • You have experience in administrative tasks, telephone call management, as well as in the organization and coordination of activities. • An autonomous working method, high social competence, strong initiative, and good stress resistance characterize you. • With you, we gain a motivated person, endowed with an excellent team spirit and who knows how to react quickly to provide the right solutions. • You are comfortable with standard IT tools and you know the Suisse romande region very well. • An excellent command of French, both spoken and written, completes your profile.
