Social Worker 80% ##

This is what your new daily work life with us looks like ###

• Professional support and individual accompaniment of people with various impairments in the areas of lifestyle, living, and leisure
• Departmental responsibility for daily structure and leisure activities: planning, coordination, organization, and implementation of activities and leisure offers
• Development and implementation of individual support strategies to promote personal development, autonomy, and inclusion
• Reference person work as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with legal guardians, relatives, and other specialist agencies
• Planning, organization, and ensuring smooth processes in an appreciative atmosphere of our shared everyday life
• Implementation of our values as well as the quality management system
• Participation in early, late, and weekend shifts (no night shifts)

What we wish for from you ###

• Degree in Social Pedagogy HF/FH or equivalent training and experience
• Experience, identification, and joy in professional work with and for people with impairments
• Sound experience in project management
• Independent, networked, solution-oriented, and competence-oriented way of working
• Confident German in speaking and writing and good PC user skills (M365, Abacus)
• Driver's license category B
