YOUR TASKS • Maintenance and intermediate cleaning in the entire clinic as well as residual and departure cleaning of patient rooms • Co-responsibility for the management and promotion of 19 employees and 2 trainees • Support/relief of the head of household management in qualified personnel deployment planning • Representation of the head of household management in reports, team meetings and return discussions • Accompaniment and support of trainees in the areas of textile supply and cleaning • Quality assurance and control (process and result control) within the household management • Planning, organization and documentation of intermediate and basic cleaning <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a specialist in household management EFZ • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a certificate as a professional trainer • High social competence and sense of responsibility • Resilient (physically and mentally), reliable and independent • Pronounced organizational talent and high flexibility • Good IT user skills <br /> Would you like to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can fully develop your strengths, know-how and competencies?
