Integration & Project Manager at 80%-100%

Movodis was born from the desire to bring together the expertise and know-how of the region's transport companies in order to meet current and future mobility challenges.

In a context of major transformation, we are looking for an Integration & Project Manager to accompany the integration of LEB within the organization and support the success of strategic projects with high impact.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy Staff & PMO, you will play a central role in change management, stakeholder coordination, and the structuring of project management practices within the company.

Your responsibilities ###

• Lead integration and associated projects: coordinate the transfer of activities as part of the integration of the entities concerned and ensure the monitoring of the resulting projects.
• Lead strategic projects: manage cross-functional initiatives contributing to the transformation and development of movodis SA, from their scoping to their implementation.
• Support project managers: support project managers in the realization of their missions, promote the coordination of actors, and contribute to the proper execution of projects.
• Structure project management: define, implement, and evolve the methods, processes, and tools allowing for the harmonization of practices and to ensure effective monitoring of projects.
• Contribute to the development of the PMO: actively participate in the setting up and development of the new PMO service and in the anchoring of a common project management culture within the organization.

Your profile ###

• Higher education (HES, University or equivalent) in management, engineering, project management, or a similar field;
• A certification in project management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an asset. Knowledge of the public transport or mobility field also represents an advantage;
• Solid experience in leading strategic and cross-functional projects, ideally in a context of transformation or integration;
• Mastery of project management methods, tools, and practices as well as processes allowing for structured and effective monitoring of actions;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and priority management skills;
• Natural leadership, autonomy, and the ability to mobilize stakeholders with varied interests around a common goal;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a real aptitude to create links and promote constructive collaboration;
• Ease in environments undergoing transformation and the ability to combine global vision with operational anchoring;
• Curiosity, spirit of initiative, and ability to propose solutions.
