ICT-System-Specialist/-in Professional (1281) Bern, Schweiz (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is what you can contribute Shape the specialist centre for around 2'000 Windows systems, coordinate operational tasks organisation-wide, and act as an escalation instance for complex disruptions Develop automated workflows for server deployment and configuration management (IaC) to consistently eliminate manual interventions Design and build high-availability Windows server infrastructures; technologically advance management systems to keep pace with the times As a security anchor in the Windows environment, implement system hardening based on CIS benchmarks; ensure compliance throughout the environment Integrate programmable interfaces (APIs) to standardise value creation processes and increase operational efficiency What makes you unique Degree as an IT specialist EFZ required; further training at the Fachausweis (FA) or Höhere Fachschule (HF) level is highly beneficial Several years of experience in the Windows OnPrem ecosystem & operation of large server platforms; in-depth knowledge of PowerShell automation & orchestration (Ansible) Proficient handling of security topics such as system hardening and CIS compliance Routine in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) Outstanding coordination talent; strong communication skills Good knowledge of a second official language and English skills for technical exchange In a nutshell You can take over the central hub for a highly complex Windows server landscape and sustainably raise operations to a new level with smart automations and modern engineering.
