For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in Winterthur, we are looking for several Contract Management Clerks (m/f) as of 1 September 2026. The assignment is temporarily limited until 31 December 2026. Tasks You process contract mutations (e.g., cancellations, suspensions, or contract changes) Professional and customer-oriented processing of emails and written correspondence is no problem for you Assumption of general administrative activities in day-to-day business You answer telephone and written questions from customers in a friendly and correct manner Ensuring careful, timely, and qualitatively flawless processing of incoming inquiries Qualifications Recently completed commercial training, Matura, or a comparable qualification Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
