• Ensure the management and steering of workshop production.
• Supervise production planning to guarantee optimal organization.
• Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and support production teams.
• Supervise logistical organization.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for production and planning processes in order to optimize company performance.
