Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will strengthen our production team. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production processes and contribute significantly to the quality of our products. With technical skill and a sense of responsibility, you make a central contribution to the daily success of our production.Your Tasks • Preparation, operation, and monitoring of the production plants for the manufacturing of our diverse products • Regular performance of format and plant changeovers • Carrying out quality controls and ensuring compliance with our production standards • Carrying out bookings and transfers in the ERP system • Recording performance indicators • Regular performance of cleaning and maintenance work • Collaboration in the optimization of production processes Your Profile • Completed vocational training as a Machine Operator/Food Technologist or several years of experience as a Machine Operator • Technical understanding and manual dexterity • Teamwork skills, flexibility, and an independent way of working • Experience in food production is an advantage • Willingness to work 2 shifts (early/late shift) • Physically resilient, enthusiastic, and reliable • Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and actively contributing to the success of the production process We Offer We offer you a varied and responsible activity in a dynamic environment.
