Die Stiftung Märtplatz accompanies young people with psychological and social difficulties on their way to vocational training and an independent life. In different professional fields, we create practical training positions with the goal of professional integration.

To complement our team, we are looking for, as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, a

Vocational Trainer IT 80–100 %

You combine modern ICT with vocational training and enjoy accompanying and promoting young people on their way into the working world.

Your tasks

• Training and promotion of ICT specialists EFZ
• Professional and personal support of the apprentices in everyday work life
• Ensuring internal ICT operations together with the apprentices
• Operation, support and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
• Support and advice for users and customers on IT questions
• Planning and implementation of projects as well as introduction of new technologies
• Cooperation with Case Management as well as internal and external specialist agencies

What you bring with you

• Qualification as an Informatiker:in EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365
• Advantageous: experience with Azure, Intune, SharePoint and Teams
• Interest in AI, automation and digital collaboration
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in working with people and in the transfer of knowledge
• Experience as a vocational trainer or willingness to develop further into this role
