You can also find the full list of our global benefits at: Your tasks Coordination of logistics activities between the central warehouse as well as internal and external contact persons Ensuring smooth daily operations in the areas of warehousing and inventory management, which are carried out by external logistics service providers (3PL) Operational contact person for external logistics service providers Coordination of material transfers, goods receipts, and order-related logistics processes Execution and support of inventories, system postings, inventory reconciliations, and root cause analyses in the event of inventory discrepancies Maintenance and continuous improvement of the data quality of logistical master data in SAP Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of internal processes as well as participation in logistics- and cross-departmental improvement projects Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines as well as safety and quality requirements in all activities Support in error analysis, problem solving, and handling of escalations related to the warehouse and logistics processes of external service providers (3PL) Your profile: Completed logistics training (preferably Logistics Specialist or CPT) with federal certificate of competency Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in pharma logistics or a GMP-regulated environment and experience with external service providers (especially 3PLs) Sound knowledge of GDP/GMP, dangerous goods shipping (IATA, ADR) Practical experience with SAP EWM / WM / MM Analytical skills for process optimization and data analysis Strong communication skills, organizational talent, resilience, and reliability Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people every day.
