Coop Pronto AG is a company of the Coop Gruppe. As a leading Swiss company in the convenience, gas station, and energy sector, we operate a network of over 320 Coop Pronto shops with or without gas stations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We are continuously expanding our Coop Pronto shop and Coop gas station network. The Coop Pronto locations are managed very successfully as part of our franchise concept.

Important info

Tasks

• You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of the high standards of Coop Pronto
• You successfully manage the financial tasks, including controlling the business performance indicators of a Coop Pronto shop
• You take care of merchandise management (orders, goods receipt controls, and merchandise maintenance)
• You sell the products, advise customers, and maintain the gas station (if present)
• You ensure compliance, enforcement, and monitoring of legal provisions regarding quality assurance, youth protection, and occupational safety
• You manage the employees: searching, recruiting, induction, payroll, and social benefits, as well as compliance with the legal framework of labor law (OR and Labor Act)

Requirements

• You have completed training in retail (or a comparable training in sales), preferably in food retail
• You have already been able to gain several years of leadership experience, demonstrate high social competence, and are an organizational talent
• You can provide total capital of CHF 125'000 to 145'000 – CHF 125'000 is required for a Coop Pronto shop with a gas station and CHF 145'000 for a Coop Pronto shop without a gas station. Pension fund funds cannot be contributed
• You enjoy active customer contact
• You like working together with a team, are ready to tackle daily tasks together, and are motivated to run your own company within clear framework conditions
• High willingness to perform, flexibility, strong customer and sales orientation, as well as open and friendly communication are among your strengths
• Business management as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile
• Your residence is preferably near the Coop Pronto shop or you are willing to relocate
• You master the regional national language in spoken and written form
