Employee Care Material Management 80 % As a Higher Vocational College, we are a customer-centered educational company for the healthcare sector at tertiary education level with around 1100 students. Based on cantonal service contracts, we contribute to providing sufficient, well-qualified, and motivated specialists in interprofessional professional fields through attractive initial and further training. The Lernen Training Transfer (LTT) department combines theory and practice in HF nursing education. It organizes and designs practical lessons (trainings and simulations of nursing situations), promotes the application of specialist knowledge, and supports students in the transfer of their competencies into everyday professional life. In the LTT department, we are looking for as of 1. September 2026 or by arrangement an Employee Care Material Management 80 % distributed over 5 days With your organizational talent, you ensure that the trainings and simulations in the LTT run smoothly and thus enable practical learning in HF nursing education. You ensure that material, rooms, and infrastructure are ready for use in time and support our teachers in everyday operational training. The function does not include pedagogical tasks. Your tasks Preparation and post-preparation of classrooms and exercise models (e.g., nursing training dolls, training arms) Setting up and supporting practical training and simulation settings Controlling, cleaning, and preparing the various materials for practical nursing instruction Ensuring the availability of exercise materials (e.g., exercise medications) Providing documents for simulation settings and procuring replacement material Contact person for teachers including processing and prioritizing incoming inquiries in daily business Application of digital tools (Outlook, OneNote, and reservation system) to support processes Your qualifications Completed training, ideally in the healthcare sector (e.g., nursing assistant SRK) Knowledge in handling nursing materials or willingness to acquire this All-rounder with technical and manual skills as well as enjoyment of practical activities Good German language skills in speaking and writing Basic knowledge of MS Office programs as well as interest in digital tools Independent, responsible, and proactive way of working Physical resilience (occasional lifting and transporting of materials up to approx. 15 kg) Our offer An interesting, versatile field of activity in which you can contribute your competencies and your personality; contemporary employment conditions and a modern place of work at our campus in Bern.
