For our client, a leading and internationally active technology company based in Appenzellerland, we are looking for a proactive personality for requirements and production control. In this central hub function, you ensure the optimal coordination between customer requirements, material availability, and production capacities. Specialist Production Planning & Supply Chain 80–100%

Activities:

• You analyze the requirements of key customers and implement operative requirements planning precisely.
• You control the entire order processing as well as the manufacturing processes, taking into account capacities and deadlines.
• You maintain all relevant system data in the ERP and create targeted key figure evaluations.
• You plan external assemblies proactively and prevent bottlenecks in the supply chain.
• You continuously monitor and optimize throughput times, inventory quantities, and delivery reliability.
• You form the central communication interface between sales, development, logistics, and manufacturing.
• You take initiative in improvement measures for the sustainable achievement of all performance indicators.

Qualifications

• You have completed basic training in a technical or commercial field, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of AVOR or Supply Chain.
• You bring sound, several years of professional experience in production control and production planning.
• You are well-versed in procurement processes and master tools such as SAP (PP/APO/S4HANA) and MS Office confidently.
• You think in terms of overall connections, work goal-oriented, and express yourself skillfully at all levels.
• You are characterized by high resilience, commitment, and reliable team orientation.
• You act calmly even under pressure, implement specifications with diplomatic skill, and always maintain an overview.
• You communicate without problems and with negotiation certainty in German as well as English (spoken and written).
