This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• At the heart of it: You convince people of CSS and turn them into customers.
• You advise these customers personally, by telephone, by e-mail, or occasionally via video call - in very good German, and preferably in other languages.
• Our customer portfolio grows thanks to you through cross-selling and upselling.
• You work closely with your colleagues and you support each other in achieving common goals.
• Occasionally you think outside the box and take on additional tasks or project work.

What you bring with you ##

• Most importantly: It is noticeable that you enjoy being around people - you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious.
• A completed vocational training in the commercial sector, in retail, or in another exciting profession - ideally with customer contact.
• You have experience in the health insurance industry and have ideally already acquired the VBV certificate.
• You can respond well to your counterpart, listen, and love to convince others in conversation with strong arguments.
• Digitalization is not a foreign word to you - you can use a computer well.
• You have a large network of relationships and preferably live in the region.
