What you can achieve ### • You take over the operational, professional and personnel leadership of our specialized living offers for people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behavior (IB/HeVe) at the locations Ingenbohl, Schübelbach and future Nuolen. • You initially take over the leadership of the specialized offers at the locations Ingenbohl (IB) as well as Schübelbach (HeVe) and simultaneously participate actively in the construction as well as the commissioning of the new HeVe offer in Nuolen. In doing so, you help shape structures, processes and teams and ensure a stable, professionally sound and safe operational management. • You promote inter- and interdisciplinary cooperation and are responsible for the implementation of the agogic concepts as well as compliance with the business management requirements. In addition, together with the respective team leaders, you control and monitor the care-relevant processes, participate in projects and actively drive the further development of the living offers. What you bring with you ### • You have a completed tertiary-level education (HF/FH or university) in social pedagogy, special education, remedial pedagogy, psychology or nursing with a focus on psychiatry. • You bring several years of experience in complex agogic or socio-psychiatric fields of work as well as in dealing with people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behavior. • In addition, you have several years of leadership experience as well as completed leadership training in a comparable position. • You are an empathetic, committed and solution-oriented personality, work authentically and with organizational strength and see challenges as opportunities. • You live a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and act as a role model for your team. • Your business understanding, your assertiveness, your strong networking skills as well as your communication strength round off your profile. • You are motivated to work in an exciting project and to expand a living offer.
