Restaurant Supervisor

In this role, you will support the operational management of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth service and maximum guest satisfaction. Your duties include leading and motivating the floor team, coordinating daily activities, and complying with quality standards.

For this role, the following is required:

• A complete professional training as a food and beverage service worker
• Experience in a similar position in high-level catering
• Well-groomed appearance and polite manners
• Autonomy, reliability, and sense of duty
• Stress resistance, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Respectful attitude towards colleagues and superiors
• Good knowledge of Italian, German, and English

Knowledge of French is an advantage
