To strengthen our team in Baden in the Canton of Aargau, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician Electronics (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

As part of our team, you are responsible for the trouble-free operation of all production facilities of our main customer Accelleron Turbo Systems (formerly ABB) in Baden AG. Accelleron is a world-leading company in the development and manufacture of exhaust turbochargers.

At Quant Service in Baden, you will meet a highly motivated and collegial team of approx. 30 employees working as a maintenance team in various functions.

What are your responsibilities?

• Independent performance of maintenance and repairs on CNC-controlled machine tools and various systems
• Diagnosis, analysis, and rectification of faults with necessary support from the local service team
• Documentation of maintenance and repair work as well as any adjustments to maintenance procedures and their filing in the Quant Service Portal
• Proactive optimizations within the framework of the continuous improvement process
• Exemplifying and promoting a high safety standard
• Support of new investment projects of the customer including training
• Assistance in spare parts procurement as well as general workshop work

What do we expect from you?

• Completed training in the electrotechnical field (automation technician, electronics technician, or electrical fitter)
• Experience in the maintenance of machine tools is desirable
• Control experience (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma) as well as drive and measurement technology is an advantage
• Independent way of working as well as high customer and service orientation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Readiness for sporadic on-call service for technical faults
• Occasional external assignments at other customers in Switzerland
• Several years of experience in the maintenance environment is desirable
