In our operation Kiebitz Bürocenter, we are looking for an Intern Social Work with a focus on work pedagogy in the commercial sector 80% for the spring semester 2027 from 22 February 2027 to 31 August 2027. In these tasks, you will support us * Participation in the guidance, supervision, and promotion of our clients at training workplaces * Work preparation and co-design of work orders and internal projects * Support and guidance of the clients in MS-Office programs * Creating reports as well as assessing the personal performance of the clients * Reference person work in cooperation with coaching specialists * You conduct regular individual meetings with clients and participate in assessment meetings with referring bodies as well as in team meetings. You fulfill your tasks confidently if * You are completing a degree in Social Work at the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz * Resilience, understanding, and the ability to set boundaries when dealing with people who mostly have mental impairments * Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs * Very good German skills and communication skills * Interest in the topic of work integration in the commercial sector * Structured way of working and good self-organization * Ideal age from 20.
