Buyer: operative purchasing

The Institut für Spitalpharmazie ensures the pharmaceutical supply of the entire Insel Gruppe 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To this end, medicinal products are procured domestically and abroad as well as manufactured in the in-house production department. Furthermore, we are the contact person for all specialist questions regarding medicinal products.

What awaits you

Operative procurement

• Working days: Monday, Tuesday and Friday
• Operative purchasing of medicinal products and other remedies
• Monitoring and clarification of delivery dates
• Processing of supply interruptions incl. master data adjustments
• Recording of new articles, purchasing info records, conditions and order book in SAP
• Checking and processing of blocked as well as outstanding invoices
• Returns to suppliers and recording of credit notes
• Close cooperation with the entire logistics team and the pharmacists

Returns processing

• Checking and posting of internal ward returns

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial or pharmaceutical education
• Experience in the area of operative medicinal product procurement
• Experience in master data maintenance
• Exact and quality-conscious way of working
• Flair for procedural contexts
• Organizational talent
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good SAP MM and MS Office skills
