Your missions
------------

• Prepare substrates (cleaning, preparation of backgrounds, repair of defects) before application
• Perform plastering and interior plasterwork (leveling, smoothing, finishes)
• Assemble and install plastering elements according to plans and site requirements
• Apply mortars and coatings manually or using suitable tools, respecting dosages
• Perform finishes (corners, joints, flat surfaces) for a result in accordance with expectations
• Control the quality of work during execution and correct discrepancies
• Ensure site cleanliness and the storage of equipment
• Strictly respect safety instructions and internal procedures

Required skills; qualifications

• Proven experience in plastering/coatings on construction sites (renovation and/or new build)
• Mastery of coating application and finishing techniques (leveling, smoothing, joints)
• Ability to correctly prepare substrates and perform necessary repairs
• Reading and understanding site instructions and installation requirements
• Knowledge of basic rules regarding safety on construction sites
• Autonomy in plastering tasks, with a sense of detail and finishing
• Driver's license (asset) to facilitate travel to construction sites
• Training or certification in plastering/masonry (CFC or equivalent) (asset)
