Your tasks
Expert advice and support for our customers regarding wood and roofing products
Receipt and processing of orders, offers, and complaints
Creation of sales documents, offers, and cost estimates
Participation in assortment design and material procurement
Control of supplier invoices and management of samples
Close cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and sales
Identification of cross-selling potentials and active participation in marketing and customer events
Your strengths
Completed commercial or manual training, ideally wood or building materials
Experience in sales or internal service, good product knowledge in the wood and roofing sector
Strong communication skills, service-oriented appearance, and enjoyment of customer contact
Good organizational skills
Good German skills
