To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a committed individual immediately or by arrangement Your tasks In this varied and responsible function, you are the first point of contact for our employees at home and abroad for all ICT matters. With your solution-oriented and service-oriented way of working, you analyze malfunctions, develop suitable solutions, or coordinate the necessary measures with the responsible specialist departments. Furthermore, you support the ICT Manager in the implementation and further development of ICT projects and make an important contribution to the continuous optimization of our IT landscape: Competent support of employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support for IT and telephony matters Administration and support of the client infrastructure as well as ensuring smooth IT operations Installation, configuration, delivery, return, and preparation of clients for new setups Procurement, management, and coordination of hardware, software, and peripheral devices as well as handling repairs Creation and maintenance of training materials, user documentation, and instructions Conducting user training and supporting the introduction of new systems and applications Participation in exciting ICT projects as well as support in the continuous optimization of IT processes What you bring Completed training at EFZ level, ICT or system technology specialty, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in 1st- and 2nd-level support as well as in client management Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows operating systems, SCCM or comparable client management solutions) Experience in handling hardware, peripheral devices, and mobile end devices Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality High service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct contact with users Strong communication skills as well as a confident and friendly appearance Resilient, committed, and proactive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills What we offer Further details regarding this varied activity will be provided by Mr. Hillen, Head of ICT; Tel. .
