Whether parking fines or traffic offenses -- the administrative fines center takes care of the rapid and correct processing of administrative fines.

Your tasks

• Creating daily and monthly closings as well as manual recording of received payments
• Integrating payment files, refunds of incorrect payments as well as recording and mutating administrative fines
• Correspondence with private individuals as well as internal and external bodies as well as providing telephone information
• General administrative work
• Carrying out security police operations (partly on weekends)

Your profile

• Commercial training, ideally with several years of experience in accounting
• Resilient, service-oriented team player personality who remains calm even in stressful situations
• Independent, efficient, reliable and exact way of working
• A distinct flair for numbers as well as good editorial skills
• Good French skills (min. B1)
